Simon and Richard from Screencast.com.au built a Client Register for our Family Services Agency. This involved regular meetings and contact, over a 6 month period, in designing a register tailored to our needs, as well as creating a Register which would enable us to import our previous data into it. They listened carefully to our requests, regularly checked that the system was what we wanted, and discussed various options with us to ensure the system met our needs.

Once the register was built they designed screencasts and provided training to our staff in how to use the register. We are very happy with the final product, as it is simple to use, yet provides us with all we require for our business use. We were impressed by how professional, flexible and supportive the service was, with Simon and Richard always prompt to return our calls and in resolving any issues we may have had.
